1947-1953 Knucklehead Buddy Seat with Star, Harley-Davidson
Original H-D #: 11240-36D – New H-D #: 52503-36
Stock on 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953 Big Twins,
All years had 1.5″ foam except in 1953, it was 2″ foam.
Black leather, black stitching, there is almost a solid row of 3/8 nickel spots along the edge of the skirt.
Raw edge 1947 through 1949
Rolled edge from 1950 and up.
1947-1948 = Yellow Rosettes,
1949-1953 = Orange Rosettes,
Rosettes have a 3-D large Star!
